This is a good first video, But remember TDP, Time, Date, Place
In online work always add the year. What is Jim Hemby's daughter's name and age. Make sure you use the complete names of the event, along with what year of the event. I also asked for the Mesquite Logo and I would have loved the proper name of the class. I would have like to seen more of the kids petting or animals from their POV, and hands washing. But I learned the cost and the hours.
Yeah I had asked the Jim but I don't know if he heard me or not because he just walked off. I asked everyone in the newsroom about how to add the mesquite logo to the video and no one knew. You never showed us how to do that or where to find the logo, so yeah I had no idea how to do that. I don't even know what the mesquite logo is? That circle thing? The mesquite man thing Jacob drew on the board last semester? The word mesquite? I actually didn't even know the mesquite had a logo. I had put the actual class name but then changed it because you had said the class name was going to change and I just thought you would want the new name or whatever, guess not. Next video I will.
I had more film of kids petting the animals but the reason why I didn't show to many clips was because I thought you would of wanted more people talking. I actually didn't interview that many people because no one wanted to be on camera so I made sure everyone I did interview was on the video. I was going just used (that girl in the beginning) her vocie while showing video of kids petting animals .. but that girl was so camera friendly I just decided to use her instead. There was one good moment when kids were petting animals but a guy bent over and showed his underwear so I was like yeah I'm not showing this.
Overall I was surprised I was the first one done since I was late, which shows how much I hustled (erica too) to get the assignment done in time, even tho Jacob didn't post the links, but still. It was actually really fun despite some rude people at the rodeo and being late.
