The documentary is a 2.38min about nuns living life in
the convent. The video is make up of still images accompany with voice-over.
The speakers do not give their name and they speak only Spanish. The Spanish track
is left as background noise as the translation becomes the main sound in the
video. The Spanish track always starts off first and then is overlaid by the
translation track. As the voice track is being play they show pictures that go
with what the voice is talking about it. It’s a really short video and it’s
done really well. For my final project I will be doing a similar technique, except
I will also use video and not just still images.
